A must-visit location! Owl's Nest Resort is centrally located two minutes off of I-93. Located in the heart of the resort, this home can comfortably sleep 8 (6 adults max) and has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 powder room. This home is great for entertaining the whole family and gives you direct access to all that the resort has to offer! This home is under 30 minutes away from Waterville Valley, Loon Mtn, & Cannon Mtn! There are also many close access points for a day on the Pemi River!

Good to know

Located in one of the quietest neighborhoods of the resort, this home has all that you might need. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace, smart TV, with direct access to the dining room, and kitchen area. Also off of the living room is an office for any remote work, 1/2 bath, and laundry room. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a soaking tub, large shower, and walk-in closet. On the second floor are three bedrooms (1st bedroom- two twins, 2nd bedroom- one queen bed, 3rd bedroom- one twin/full bunkbed - kids only) and one full bathroom to share. Along with the countless entertaining spaces within the home, there is also a large deck with a grill on the back of the house, beautiful views of the 8th hole, and a two-car garage. This home is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

No Pets are permitted at this rental. Earlier check-in (if available) can be discussed the day before or the morning of your arrival.

*No loud parties or large gatherings inside or outside of the house. *Rental occupancy is not to exceed eight (8) people. Extra visiting guests/friends are not allowed at any time. *Quiet Hours are from 10pm-7am. This involves loud conversations outside, TV & music volumes that could disturb the neighbors, and excess running of loud vehicles. *All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or the garage. NO street parking. Any additional vehicles will need to park at the restaurant. *No smoking *Pets are not permitted *Fires and Fireworks are not permitted *Please respect the home and its belongings

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to all Owl’s Nest Resort amenities. Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center You’ll receive a key card (located on the kitchen counter) that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round. Lake Harold Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy. In the winter, the lake is open for ice skating, weather permitting. (Please note: skate rentals are not available.) Golf Owl’s Nest features a public 18-hole golf course. Tee times are required and can be booked directly on the resort website. The golf season typically runs late April through November 1st, weather-dependent. Racquet Sports Enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts. Court reservations can be made online via the resort website. Dining at the Resort Choose from several on-site restaurants: -Panorama Six82 -Slice Pizzeria (with golf simulators available—reserve online) -Butch’s Brooklyn Deli -Hook (open seasonally in summer) Spa Services Relax at WellNest Spa, offering a range of treatments.
