Being located right in Owl's Nest Resort, there are countless activities located right at your fingertips. Good to know

The townhome comfortably sleeps 10 people. There is a one-car garage available for your use as well as two parking spots in the driveway and adjacent to the right of the home. Entering the home, there is a laundry room located on the left-hand side as well as a coat closet. In the family room, there is plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the space together as well as a sofa bed for any guests that you may have. Off of the family room is a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Located on the second floor is your spacious main living area with a large kitchen stocked with everything you may need, as well as a large dining table and a second living room with a fireplace. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views in the living room and golf course views on your spacious deck space with a grill right off of the kitchen. Off of the main living room, there is a 1/2 bath, a master suite with a king bed, and a master bathroom. Located upstairs is a small office space to complete any work you may have on your vacation, along with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds & a twin trundle, along with a full jack n' jill bathroom that brings you to the fourth bedroom with one queen bed. This townhome is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to all Owl’s Nest Resort amenities. Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center You’ll receive a key card (located on the kitchen counter) that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round. Lake Harold Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy. In the winter, the lake is open for ice skating, weather permitting. (Please note: skate rentals are not available.) Golf Owl’s Nest features a public 18-hole golf course. Tee times are required and can be booked directly on the resort website. The golf season typically runs late April through November 1st, weather-dependent. Racquet Sports Enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts. Court reservations can be made online via the resort website. Dining at the Resort Choose from several on-site restaurants: -Panorama Six82 -Slice Pizzeria (with golf simulators available—reserve online) -Butch’s Brooklyn Deli -Hook (open seasonally in summer) Spa Services Relax at WellNest Spa, offering a range of treatments.
