A must-visit year-round location! Owl's Nest Resort is located in Thornton, NH and is centrally located just two minutes off of I-93 nestled in the beautiful mountains. Located only 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon & 30 minutes to Cannon. This condo can comfortably sleep 8 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is great for entertaining the whole family with a large living room & kitchen.

Enjoy the massive deck on the back of this unit with beautiful views of hole 11, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, an oversized one-car garage, a large living room with entertaining space, a toasty gas fireplace, and many more amenities. The unit is two levels with a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom/laundry room and a living room on the first level. Upstairs has a large second living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with a bunk bed-full & 2 twin beds, full bathroom to share, and a lovely deck off the back to enjoy the beautiful weather. This condo is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

No Pets are permitted at this rental. Earlier check-in (if available) can be discussed the day before or the morning of your arrival. We manage three properties within this neighborhood, if families are trying to stay close to each other.

This unit is located right in the center of Owl's Nest Resort. Right across the street from this unit is an activities center with a fitness center and outdoor heated pool. (the outdoor pool is closed October-Memorial day) Also located Owl's Nest are countless fall outdoor activities as well as spectacular views of colorful fall foliage along with Panorama Six82 for a delicious way to end your day. Along with being in a fantastic resort, you are surrounded by an abundance of other activities in the beautiful White Mountain National Forest.

Guest Access

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to all Owl’s Nest Resort amenities. Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center You’ll receive a key card (located on the kitchen counter) that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round. Lake Harold Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy. In the winter, the lake is open for ice skating, weather permitting. (Please note: skate rentals are not available.) Golf Owl’s Nest features a public 18-hole golf course. Tee times are required and can be booked directly on the resort website. The golf season typically runs late April through November 1st, weather-dependent. Racquet Sports Enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts. Court reservations can be made online via the resort website. Dining at the Resort Choose from several on-site restaurants: -Panorama Six82 -Slice Pizzeria (with golf simulators available—reserve online) -Butch’s Brooklyn Deli -Hook (open seasonally in summer) Spa Services Relax at WellNest Spa, offering a range of treatments. Full service details can be found on the resort website. Electric Vehicle Charging Tesla chargers are located next to the racquet complex. The door code will be sent 24 hours before your arrival.
